Dublin International Exhibition 1907
The International Exhibition of 1907 was the third such to take place in Dublin, following the fashion of the nineteenth century for exhibitions of industry and culture. While the previous two had been in central locations, this was held in the suburbs in the Pembroke Township on the grounds of what later became Herbert Park. While it offered the usual menu of displays of industry, commerce and culture, it was notable for its water chute.
